One&Only Kéa Island
Kea, Greece
Heah & Co
One&Only Resorts
The project is being developed in Vroskopos Bay in the northwest part of the island and will be built in a style reminiscent of a Greek amphitheatre, maximising the sea views on two slopes of the bay. Working with the natural beauty of the island, our images combine photography and rendered elements to show the exceptional quality of the offer at a variety of scales and the way in which the villas sit seamlessly within the landscape.
Highly detailed images showcase a materials palette that is both local and luxurious with marble, timber and lush planting. We have worked hand in hand with John Heah throughout the process, creating images from planning through to design development where they have helped inform the on-site construction team in terms of the quality and finishes required. Our understanding of the brand ambition of both architect and client is such that our interior images have influenced the subsequent marketing of the villas, with our art direction being recreated for finished photography and collateral.
The images below were created for the 2010 planning application.
